匿名性こそが人間性喪失の最大要因？ ―ネット上の誹謗中傷とプーチン政権の狂気との共通点―

　今や、世界中の人々がプーチン政権の暴挙と残虐性とそれらの悪行を平気で否定する厚顔無恥さに呆れ果てていると思いますが、一体なぜ、彼らはこのような非人間的な所業を平気で出来るのでしょうか？

　彼らには人間としての良心というものは無いのでしょうか？

普通の人間なら、他者を傷つけたりすれば、多少なりとも心が痛み、良心の呵責に苛まれるものですが、プーチン政権の人々は、ずっと前から、何の罪もない自国の人々のアパートを爆破して多数の犠牲者を出しながら、それをチェチェンの過激派のせいであるとして、彼らに濡れ衣を着せ、それを理由にチェチェンに攻め込み、今、ウクライナでやっているような街を完全に破壊して、抵抗する気力を失わせるように一般人を大量に拷問して虐殺して徹底的に生き残った人々を拉致して、僻地へ追いやり、代わりにロシア人を住まわせ、その土地を完全支配するというような事をやってきたわけであります。

　そこには、罪もない人々を虐殺したり拷問したりする事への躊躇は一切見られず、完全に計画通りにロボットの様に必要な事を遂行しているようで、良心を持った人間のやることには全く見えず、そういう点にこそ、今、世界中の人々が底知れない違和感と恐怖感と嫌悪感を感じているのだと思います。

　では、一体、彼らのそのようなロボットのような非人間性はどのようにして育まれたのでしょうか？

　今の、プーチン政権の主要人物は一人残らず全員元KGB出身であり、そこにこそ、そのような現政権の非人間性の要因があるように思われます。

　KGBとは元ソ連邦の諜報機関であり、アメリカのCIAに相当する機関であります。諜報機関とは、当然ながら秘密裏に情報を収集したりするだけでなく、要人暗殺や破壊工作など、ありとあらゆる不法行為を国益のためと称して平然と実行していく機関であります。しかし、どれほど、悪質で残虐で非人間的な事をしても、全て秘密裏に行われる、つまり、匿名で行われるため、誰も罪には問われないし、徹底的に証拠まで隠滅するので、誰も罪に問う事も出来ないようになっています。

　つまり、KGBにしろ、CIAにしろ、諜報機関は法律にも道徳にも良心の呵責にも縛られることなく、必要であると思われることは、それによってどんな沢山の無実の人々が犠牲に成ろうとも、気にすることなく、誰に咎められることもなく、平気で実行できたのであります。

　したがって、長年KGBのような何でも自由気ままに出来てしまう組織にいると、いつのまにか、本来、人間なら誰もが持っている良心や道徳心や他者への思いやりなどの気持ちは完全にマヒしてしまい、ひたすらに必要なことを血も涙もない状態で淡々と実行するのみの人間に成り果てるのだと思います。

　プーチン政権が全員KGB出身者でずっと前から、そういうやり方をしてきたし、チェチェン紛争のような国内事であれば、情報統制で、自分たち自身の悪事は完全にもみ消すことができたし、シリアであればアサド政権のせいにすることも可能だったので、これまでと全く同じやり方でウクライナに侵攻し、同じように悪事も誤魔化すつもりだったのでしょうが、今回は西側諸国総動員で証拠集めをされてしまった為に、たまたま悪事がばれてしまっただけだと思います。

　つまり、今のプーチン政権の、常識では理解しがたいほどの残虐性と非人間性の根源は、諜報機関としての匿名性を隠れ蓑として、長年の間、ありとあらゆる不法行為を平気行ってきたことにこそ由来すると思われるわけであります。

　匿名性という事で言えば、指殺人とも言われるネット上での誹謗中傷の嵐も、身元を明かさず、社会的責任も人間としての良心も問われることがない状態だからこそ、あれほどまでに、酷い事を言えるわけだし、それによって被害者が死に至ったとしても、平気で居られる訳なのだと思いますが、それは正に、諜報機関が秘密裏に匿名性を隠れ蓑としてありとあらゆる悪事を平気で行っているのと全く同じ構造なのであります。

　従って、今現在もネット上で匿名で他者を誹謗中傷して無用に傷つけている人は、正に今のプーチン政権の人々と同様に、人間性を失った悪魔のような存在に成り下がっている事を自覚するべきだと思います。犯罪者でも、犯した罪を贖罪する機会が与えられていますが、匿名で他者を傷つけて続けている人は、もはや人間と呼ばれる資格も失っている事を忘れてはならないと思います。

Is anonymity the biggest factor in dehumanization?

   I am sure that people all over the world are now appalled at the outrage and brutality of the Putin regime and their brazen denial of their evil deeds. Do they have no conscience as human beings?

   Ordinary human beings would feel some pain and remorse if they harmed others, but the people in Putin's regime have long been using a lot of self-induced manipulation, blowing up the apartments of innocent people in their own country by themselves, causing many casualties, and then shifting the blame to Chechen extremists, and then wetting their hands. They then invaded Chechnya, completely destroyed the cities, tortured and massacred the civilians so that they lost the will to resist, abducted the survivors, drove them to remote areas, and settled Russians in their place, taking full control of the land.    There is no hesitation whatsoever in slaughtering and torturing innocent people, and they seem to be carrying out what needs to be done completely according to plan, like robots. I believe that this is precisely the reason why people around the world are now feeling an unfathomable sense of unease, fear and disgust.

   How on earth did they develop such robot-like inhumanity?

   It seems to me that the reason for the inhumanity of the current Putin administration lies in the fact that every single one of its key figures is a former member of the KGB.

   The KGB is the former Soviet Union's intelligence agency, the equivalent of the CIA in the United States. An intelligence agency is an agency that not only gathers information in secret, as it should, but also carries out all sorts of illegal activities, such as assassinating important people and sabotage, with impunity, under the guise of serving the national interest. However, no matter how vicious, cruel, and inhuman the acts are, they are all done in secret, i.e., anonymously, so that no one can be charged with a crime and even the evidence is thoroughly destroyed so that no one can be accused of a crime.

   In other words, the intelligence agencies, whether the KGB or the CIA, were not bound by law, morality, or conscience, and could do what they deemed necessary without concern or blame, no matter how many innocent people were killed in the process.

   Therefore, if you spend many years in an organization like the KGB, where you are free to do whatever you want, before you know it, the conscience, morality, and compassion for others that all human beings originally possess will be completely paralyzed, and you will become a person who only does what is necessary in a perfunctory manner, without tears.

   The Putin administration, all of whom are from the KGB, has been doing this for a long time, and in the case of domestic matters such as the Chechen conflict, they were able to completely cover up their own wrongdoings through information control, and in the case of Syria, they were able to blame the Assad regime, so they invaded Ukraine in exactly the same way they have been doing so far. However, this time, I believe that their misdeeds were only exposed by accident, as all Western countries were mobilized to gather evidence.

   In other words, the root of the cruelty and inhumanity of Putin's regime, which is hard to understand by today's common sense, is thought to come from the fact that he has been committing all kinds of illegal acts with impunity for many years, using his anonymity as a cover as an intelligence agency.

   Speaking of anonymity, the storm of slander and libel on the Internet, which has been called finger murder, can be said with impunity because the identity is not revealed and there is no question of social responsibility or human conscience, and even if the victims die as a result, they can say such terrible things. It is precisely the same structure that allows the intelligence community to do all kinds of evil things in secret, using anonymity as a cover.

   Therefore, those who are still needlessly harming others by anonymously slandering them on the Internet should be aware that they have lost their humanity and become demonic beings, just like the people in Putin's regime. Even criminals are given the opportunity to atone for their crimes, but those who continue to anonymously harm others should not forget that they no longer deserve to be called human.
